ACCOUNT OPENING

Formalities for opening exchange account in UAE:

Our Customer Service Department is pleased to help you fill in the application form for opening an account with Delma.Your are required to produce a set of documents as follows:

Individual Account

1. Investor ID from Financial Market.

2. Local: photocopies of the passport and family book and original for reviewing.

3. Expats: photocopies of the passport and ID with the originals for reviewing.

4. Power of Attorney (if opening an account in deputyship) with the original for reviewing.

COMPANY ACCOUNT

1. Investor ID from Financial Market.

2. Photocopies of Trade Registration, Trade License and Chamber of Commerce Membership certificate.

3. Photocopy of the company establishment contract.

4. List including names of director board members and people delegated to sign.

NOTE:

For foreign companies, documents must be attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the respective country, UAE Embassy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of UAE.
